Hello dear Friends, how are you? Today I would like to talk About health. I just came back from the gym - had a great workout. I love exercise and take care of myself because staying healthy is an important part of our life. How much exercise do you get? Making healthy choices isn't always easy. Are you agree with me? But a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Do you avoid some kinds of food? Which Foods and why? Nowadays a lot of people eat the wrong kinds of food, never takes any exercise and neglects health in so many other ways. I want to share my tips how to stay healthy and sexy ;)
- exercise regularly
- don't smoke
- drink more water
- get enough sleep
- learn how to manage stress
- eat right diet for your blood type
Also I wanna know what is your advice how to stay healthy and what body shape your woman or man should have?
