Is a stress-free Life possible?

Hi guys, how are you? Do you believe that a stress-free life is possible? Tomorrow is a big day, you have job interview or exams. You are worried that you won’t sleep well. You feel angry about something or you are studying/working and you need to take a break. You have been lying in bed for hours and can’t get to sleep because you can’t stop thinking about what you have to do tomorrow... Stress is a normal part of life for everyone I think.
So let me share with you my ways to deal with stress: find a physical activity you enjoy and make time for it. Whenever I have something important the following day, I make sure I get some exercise so that I will drop off as soon as I lie down. Organize your time. When you feel like you are got too much work, in my opinion it’s very important to sit down and manage your time. If you do, you will feel more in control. Develop a sense of humor and make time to relax “calm down, chill out” :) Also eat healthy and don’t drink too much coffee.
